Solar panels are regularly used for campervans and caravans, but they’re also now widely used on boats.
These can be placed in your top deck where they will pick up plenty of sunlight and give you a burst of electricity, reducing your bills or power from your battery. It’s a very much essential item now for full-time boaters and there are so many different panels of different sizes to choose between. With a solar panel, you can have it hooked up to your stereo, fridge, TV, freezer or games console, and it’s a great way to reduce energy costs, whilst it’s environmentally friendly too, using nothing but the energy of the sun.
If you’ve contemplated buying a solar panel for your boat but have not bought one as yet, remember to do your research first, and know that the prices will shoot down in April when new tech items are added to the fold.
